Who is Ethos Coaching?

Ethos was conceived by Gina Baines in 2010.  Our passion is to help people achieve their goals through planning and inspiration. Having worked in the public sector for 30 years, we understand the importance of mutual support and team work.
Since its inception, Ethos has worked in numerous sectors, ranging from the beauty industry such as Aveda Lifestyle Salons, to bars and off licences such as the award winning Utobeer based at Borough Market.

What does Ethos provide?

Ethos works with teams or individuals who want to achieve results in their business or personal life . The purpose is to help you, your teams, or your business get from where you are now to where you want to be, and achieve success in one or more areas of your life. Together we can explore your aspirations, motivations and the possibilities so you can achieve your goals and make real lasting changes to your life or business. We can identify and work through the issues that are stopping you or your teams from moving forward…….

How does it work

We offer your first 60 minute session free face to face, or over the phone at a time that is convenient for you to talk freely and in a relaxed setting. All coaches have the passed the ICF coaching training and all subjects discussed are treated in complete confidence – your follow up appointment will be discussed at this session.

Appointments

We work with all our coaching clients face-to-face. We meet our private clients mostly in a pre-arranged location and our corporate clients usually in their own private office. Most appointments are 60 minutes in length, though it is possible to arrange longer sessions.
